If an item does not suit you, you can return it within 14 days of receipt – no reason needed.
How to return an item
- Write to grezni@grezni.eu with your order number and the items you want to return (you can use the withdrawal form below).
- We will reply with the return address and instructions.
- Send the item back in its original, unopened packaging within 14 days of your notice. The return shipping cost is paid by the buyer.
- We will refund the price of the item and the original delivery (up to the cost of the cheapest delivery method offered) within 14 days of receiving your notice, using the same payment method you used for the purchase. We may withhold the refund until we receive the item or proof that it has been sent.
What cannot be returned
For health and hygiene reasons, items whose protective seal (film, sticker) has been opened after delivery cannot be returned – this applies to perfumes, cosmetics and body care. Testers and samples decanted to order and personalised items (such as a greeting card) cannot be returned either.
If an item is faulty
If an item does not match its description or has a manufacturing defect, you may file a claim within 2 years of receipt. Write to grezni@grezni.eu with a photo and your order number – we will reply within 15 days and offer a replacement, repair or refund. In this case we cover the return costs.
