Can I try a perfume first?
Yes. Many perfumes have a tester or sample (2–3 ml) – choose it with the size buttons on the product page. Olfazeta testers start from 1 €.
Are the perfumes original?
We sell original products of the brands (e.g. Lattafa, Fragrance World, Maison Alhambra, Chogan Olfazeta). Some of these perfumes are inspired by well-known fragrances – this is stated in the name or description; they are not products of those luxury brands.
How long does delivery take?
Items in stock are handed over for delivery within 1–3 working days, other items within 7–10 working days. The product page shows which applies. More on the “Delivery” page.
How much does delivery cost?
The price is shown at checkout once you choose the country and delivery method. Delivery to an Omniva parcel locker is free in Latvia for orders from 50 €, in Lithuania and Estonia from 100 €.
Can you gift-wrap my order?
Yes – tick “Gift wrap” (3.90 €) on the product page or in the cart and add a greeting card (free). You can also tick “Leave prices out of the parcel”.
How can I pay?
By payment card or online banking at checkout. We issue VAT invoices for companies.
Can I return an item?
Unopened items – within 14 days of receipt. Opened perfumes and cosmetics cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. More on the “Returns” page.
