We ship orders from Riga. Items in stock are handed over for delivery within 1–3 working days, other items within 7–10 working days (the product page shows which applies to each item). Once your parcel is on its way, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number.
Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia
- Parcel lockers and pick-up points: Omniva, SmartPosti, DPD, Latvijas Pasts.
- Courier to your door: SmartPosti, DPD.
- Delivery to a parcel locker: 2.99 € in Latvia, 4.99 € in Lithuania and Estonia (Omniva – 5.29 €); courier – 6.99 € and 8.99 €. Free delivery to any parcel locker: in Latvia for orders from 50 €, in Lithuania and Estonia from 100 €.

Other European Union countries
Finland – SmartPosti parcel lockers (9.99 €) and courier (12.99 €). Other EU countries – international shipping for 14.99 €, usually 5–12 working days.
Outside the European Union
We currently do not ship to countries outside the European Union.
Gift wrapping
We can wrap any order in a gift box with a ribbon (3.90 € per wrapping) and add a card with your message (free of charge). If you tick “Leave prices out of the parcel”, we will send the invoice to your e-mail only.
If the parcel is damaged
Please check the packaging when you receive the parcel. If it is damaged or an item is broken, take a photo and write to grezni@grezni.eu within 3 days – we will send a replacement or refund your money.
