Needly pH Balancing Toner with a low pH level of 5.5 restores the skin’s barrier function, moisturizes and lightens pigmentation, and cares for the skin’s microbiome.
The low pH is close to the skin’s natural pH, so the toner is gentle and effective on the skin.
The toner’s formula is based on galactomyces ferment filtrate, a yeast extract obtained through fermentation (i.e., the fermentation process). During fermentation, large molecules are broken down into smaller molecules, allowing the active ingredients to penetrate the skin more quickly and work in the deeper layers of the epidermis, improving cell renewal and providing high antioxidant protection.
