We present the “Modular alembic 20 liters GIN-BOX”, a product of high quality and functionality.
It is made of 1.2 mm copper sheet, with a hammered finish that gives it an elegant look. The handles, couplings and clamps are made of stainless steel, and the welded joints guarantee their durability.
It has a capacity of 20 liters and a yield of 10-15% of its capacity considering a ferment of 10º alcoholic content, 2 to 3 liters are obtained by distillation at +- 50º alcoholic.
*The yield of the distillation depends on the graduation of the product we distill, the higher the alcoholic level of the ferment, the more yield is achieved in the distillation.
This complete kit includes a large 0-120º thermometer to monitor the temperature during distillation, as well as a large 0-100º alcoholmeter to measure the alcoholic strength of the distillation.
In addition, the boiler is equipped with two 1.5″ clamp adapters (auxiliary) and one 2.5″ clamp adapter for installing an electric resistance (also suitable for gas burner).
