Introducing the “20-Liter Modular RECTIFIER ALEMBIC” a functional and high-quality product.
It is made of 1.2 mm copper sheet with a hammered finish for an elegant appearance. The handles, couplings, and clamps are made of stainless steel, and the welded joints ensure durability.
It has a 20-liter capacity and a yield of 10-15% of its capacity. Considering a 10% alcohol ferment, 1.5 to 1.75 liters are obtained per distillation with 90% alcohol.
*The distillation yield depends on the strength of the product to be distilled; the higher the alcohol content in the ferment, the higher the yield.
This complete kit includes a large 0-120°C thermometer for temperature monitoring during distillation, as well as a large 0-100°C alcoholmeter for measuring the distillation’s alcohol content.
In addition, the boiler is equipped with two 1.5″ clamp adapters (auxiliary) and one 2.5″ clamp adapter for installing an electric resistance (also suitable for gas burner).
